Apartments for Rent - Long Term / Not Furnished

Most of our guests have several residences. Our friendly staff provides full residential services (cleaning, bed sheets and towels, laundry, watering plants, small repairs, deliveries, winter tires etc.) and we take care of phone, TV, cable, satellite installations and bills. You can go away for months and come back and will find your apartment and you car ready to use. Our staff speaks English.


All our apartments have oak floors and marble bathrooms; fully functional kitchens with cooking top, oven, food center, dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler; wireless broadband Internet access. Storage rooms and parking spaces are available for our guests. Phones, digital and satellite TV are ready for use. There are three fully furnished four star hotel rooms available for your guests. We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates for guest rooms.


Indicative prices for the apartments are (not furnished / one year and longer contracts):
One bed room from CHF 5'000 per month plus utilities and parking.
Two bed rooms from CHF 7'000 per month plus utilities and parking.
Three bed rooms from CHF 10'000 per month plus utilities and parking.
Utilities charges are CHF 500-1'000 according to the size of the apartment.


The Palais Kraft hospitality team provides full services including cleaning, laundry, dry cleaning, shopping, flowers and breakfast. We provide bed linen and towels. Our staff is reliable, polite, respects your privacy and serves with a smile. Palais Kraft is a non-discriminating employer.
