For newspapers, cardboard, PET bottles, glass and tin, there is a Recycling Corner on Level 2. Our housekeeping team will assist you. Just call if they should remove empty boxes or packaging materials from your apartment!

If your Gaggenau Glass Ceramic Cooking Range locks up, you might inadvertently have activated the "Child Lock" Please refer to this picture or to page 69 of the Operating Instructions (.pdf file, 8.73 MB) to unlock your Glass Ceramic Cooking Range.

We received a supply of 150 years old vine stocks and new birch logs. The vine stocks are supposed to burn slowly and smell well... If you want a clean quick fire, keep to the birch wood!

Please help yourself or call Mai +41 78 771 27 10, if you need logs for your fireplace. The stock is on level 4 below the landing of the right hand stairs - near the entrance of garage level 4.

Before you start a fire, please check that the flue (chimney) is open! If you need assistance, please call Gottfried +41 79 328 09 38. Please call the office if you feel that your fireplace needs cleaning or the chimney should be swept. We care.
