- Omit the first zero of the area code except when calling Italy and Moscow.

- Access numbers when calling from overseas locations differ by country and region. If calling from Palais Kraft, first press NTT or dial the NTT access number in Switzerland 0800-56-3964 . Palais Kraft will charge you for the local call.
- It is not necessary to dial the country code for Japan, but make sure to include the first zero of the area code.

- If you make a mistake during steps two or three, please press [*] and reenter the numbers.
- You can use two cards for the same call. Following the voice guidance, if you enter the number on the second card after the number on the first, the credits left on the two cards will be combined.
- You can also choose to hear the voice guidance in Tagalog, Korean, Thai, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese (Mandarin).
