At Palais Kraft, most of our guests have several residences. Our friendly staff provides full domestic services (cleaning, bed sheets and towels, laundry, watering plants, small repairs, deliveries, winter tires etc.) and we take care of phone, TV, cable, satellite installations and bills. You can go away for months and come back and will find your apartment and cars ready to use. Our staff speaks English.

A 160m2 penthouse duplex apartment with enormous terraces and great views of the alps, the lake and the old city. Hall (with powder room), large living with fire place, new kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a study. We will renovate it. Rent is CHF 16'800 plus utilities and parking.
All our apartments have oak floors and marble bathrooms; fully functional kitchens with cooking top, oven, food center, dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler; wireless broadband Internet access. Storage rooms and parking spaces are available for our guests. Phones, digital and satellite TV are ready for use.
In the building, there are three fully furnished **** hotel guest rooms and one large suite available for your guests. We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates.

Utilities charges are CHF 500-1'000 according to the size of the apartment. Car parking is CHF 415-540 per car. Our staff hand washes your car and takes your car to the repair or tire shop for you.
The Palais Kraft hospitality team provides full services including cleaning, laundry, dry cleaning, shopping, flowers and breakfast. We provide bed linen and towels for daily change.
